News & Information
Affecting Server - True Servers
We are currently experiencing email deliverability issues affecting outbound mail services on True Servers.
The issue has been traced to a reverse DNS (rDNS) configuration problem, which is causing some receiving mail servers to fail sender validation checks. As a result, outbound emails may experience delivery delays, rejection by recipient servers, or routing to spam/junk folders.
The infrastructure team is actively investigating and implementing corrective DNS updates to restore normal mail flow.

We are currently experiencing delays in DNS propagation, which may affect access to some hosted websites and email services. DNS propagation is the process by which updates to domain name records are distributed across global DNS servers. Depending on TTL (Time-to-Live) settings, these updates may take several hours to fully propagate worldwide.
Our technical team is actively monitoring the situation and working to ensure that all DNS records are updated and fully propagated as quickly as possible. We advise clients to allow up to 24–48 hours for complete propagation, although services may be accessible intermittently during this period.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved.
Recommended Actions for Clients:
Clear your local DNS cache to see updated records faster.
Contact support if the problem continues beyond the expected propagation period.
